Welcome to my little shop! I began making porcelain jewelry when I first got out of art school because it seemed more fun than "serious" art! I really have enjoyed the work.
In addition to the porcelain, white bodied, low-fire clay, I also use a red earthenware clay which lends itself to some designs where you want an earthier look.
I have two shops here at Etsy because I also make metal jewelry. I stopped making the clay jewelry when I felt that I wanted to do more contemporary work. I stopped rather abruptly; therefore, I do have a large stock of porcelain items still. I think this is the perfect place for it and you know it will be one-of-a-kind, because, while I have many pieces, I don't have many of any one design! Just to let you know, I do send your order to you within 3 days after payment is complete and I use a little white cardboard gift box to send them in.
